Each panty has four 1/2" removable pads... two oval rear pads and two smaller hip pads . The foam is the softest and most comfortable on the market. Panty is constructed of lycra/spandex for support and comfort. Hand washing is recommended for longest wear. 90% Nylon and 10% Spandex.
